Partner and patent attorney in Albany, NY at Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts LLP  and admitted to practice in New York State and before the Northern District of New York, the Southern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Jack received a B.S. in mathematics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in physics at the University of Chicago and previously worked at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory as a Computer Scientist and Senior Engineer. Experienced as practicing engineer and scientist in virtually all areas of engineering, physics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, computer science, and mathematics. Specializes in highly technical complex patent drafting and prosecution, including representation of universities, college of pharmacy, and biotech research facilities. Extensive experience in the preparation of patent applications, office action responses, and patent appeals in virtually all areas of technology. Experienced at licensing and contracts generally.
