Jeffrey W. Johnson

Jeffrey W. Johnson is of counsel to the Arizona office of Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts LLP. He handles matters related to the acquisition and protection of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and associated litigation. His areas of technical expertise include computer and electrical engineering, internet e-commerce, and software development. Prior to practicing law, Jeffrey worked in sales, marketing, and strategic planning for Intel Corporation in Arizona, California, Oregon, Michigan and Germany.

Jeffrey studied at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he received a B.S.E. (Electrical) and an MBA focused on finance & international business. He also attended Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor focused on intellectual property law. Jeffrey also studied abroad, receiving a certificate in international studies from the Universitat St. Gallen, Switzerland. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the State of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
